What is JS Analytics?

Welcome to the JS Analytics newsletter!

This being the first edition, I wanted to provide a brief overview of what we do here at JS Analytics, how we help direct-to-consumer (DTC) service businesses and their investors, and what you can expect to get out of this newsletter.

Let’s dive in:

How We Help DTC Service Businesses & Investors

JS Analytics helps DTC service businesses grow using data analytics. It’s that simple. We can talk about the ways we do that (and we will), but it all comes down to using data to make more informed decisions in your business.

We want to see your business grow as fast as it can while remaining healthy, and utilizing data is one of the best ways to do that.

I emphasize fast growth because every day you do business in a sub-optimal way, you’re losing money. Let that sink in for a minute.

Every day you sell your service and your business isn’t optimized, you lose money. There is some inefficiency or bottleneck you’re working with and some profit that’s not being realized.

We help you identify those factors weighing down growth so you can eliminate or optimize them.

Who is JS Analytics For?

Who are our services for?

Well, just about any DTC service business and its investors.

Here’s what that means:

If you sell a service directly to the consumer, we can help. That means if you own a business that does anything from plumbing to landscaping, auto detailing to concrete pouring, we can help.

Also, if you’re an investor in a DTC service business, you have an interest in seeing the business do well. We can give you better visibility into your portfolio companies through data, saving you time, energy, and money.
